elise irving

elise irving was born and raised in Orange County, California.
She graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a B.A. in Photography and Painting,
and received her MFA in Photography from California College of the Arts.
Her work revolves around her interests in science fiction, quantum physics,
blind spot phenomena, perception, time and the mutable nature of reality.
She uses her photographs as raw material for varied projects that include
video, installation, sculpture, and traditional photography.

elise currently lives and works in Los Angeles.
